If the key lock is damaged or lost, what can I do?

The warranty for the key lock is three months. If the key lock is damaged (excluding damages caused by misuse, accidents or modifications to the product) within three months from the date of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge. After three months, a basic cost will be charged for the replacement.

However, if the key lock is lost, you will lose access to the software as well and have to pay to replace the key. Please put the key lock in a safe place when not in use.
